The Sonnenplateau Mieming & Tirol Mitte has a bike trail for you - from easy short tours to advanced day tours. Ask at the tourist information office about companies who offer biker friendly services (e.g. bike wash, bike stands, etc.).

To help you on your way we have created a mountain bike guide. 26 trails are outlined and provide you with information about the trail's difficulty and difference in altitude. The guide is available free of charge to our guests at any one of our tourist offices or for free download.
